C2 Midwest Partnership
C2 is a developing regional alliance between Capital City Roots FC (Des Moines) and Council Bluffs Captains FC (Council Bluffs/Omaha corridor). C2 Partners receive unified branding and visibility across both clubs, both markets, and all seasons — building year-round presence across a combined Midwest corridor.
C2 sponsorship funds are pooled and distributed internally each season to ensure sustainable operations across the full year. Regional reach at a fraction of traditional sports advertising cost.

Rising Roots Initiative
Rising Roots Initiative is the charitable nonprofit arm of Capital City Roots FC — fully recognized as a 501(c)(3). It exists to remove financial barriers and create structured access to soccer, mentorship, and life skills across the Des Moines metro.
Donations to Rising Roots are tax-deductible. Corporate sponsors with CSR budgets can direct support toward youth programming, equipment access, and community clinics.
