One of the most anticipated nights on the Roots calendar. Saturday, May 9 at Mediacom Stadium — we are joining forces with the Des Moines Menace for a night that celebrates the culture that runs deep through this club and this community.
Roots & Heritage
Latino Heritage Night is more than a match. It is a recognition of the players, families, and community members whose culture has shaped Capital City Roots FC from day one. The Latin community has been with us since the beginning — on the pitch and in the stands — and this night is for them.
We are taking this match to Mediacom Stadium at Drake University, one of the finest soccer venues in the state, to give this night the stage it deserves. Come early. Bring your family. Bring your flags.
The Experience

The Homegrown Series is a partnership between Capital City Roots FC and the Des Moines Menace built around one idea — growing the game in central Iowa. When two of the top soccer organizations in the state come together, the city wins.
